Stephen is an active Broker representing Sellers and Buyers in Provincetown, Truro and Wellfleet. Stephen's family will tell you he has been selling since he was a toddler, focusing on real estate since the early 1990's when he made Cape Cod his permanent home. In addition to being the Owner/Broker of SeasCape Realty, Stephen owns and directs Larkin Gallery which shares its home with SeasCape's Provincetown and Harwich Port offices. In his spare time, Stephen is involved with various community and civic organizations and recently stepped down from the Board of the Friends of the Truro Library on which he had served as its Treasurer. Stephen and his partner of over 40 years, Artist Kenneth Hawkey, live in North Truro with their Miniature Schnauzer, Cooper.
